After years of documenting tours with my camera I shifted focus to the operational side of live music. Making sure that the artists have a comfortable tour while everything is being handled. From routing and budgeting to production coordination and day-to-day logistics.

Tour Budgets & Tour Accounting

Tour budgeting, expense tracking & financial reporting before and during the tour.

Booking Travel & Accommodations

Route optimization, accommodation booking and travel coordination across European and international tours.

Tour Advancing & Production Coordination

Liaison between artist, crew, venues and promoters. Hospitality & Technical rider management, stage plot coordination and production scheduling.

Day-to-Day Tour Management

On-the-ground logistics, problem solving, crew coordination and ensuring a smooth production from load-in to load-out, either on tour or remotely.
