After years of documenting tours with my camera I shifted focus to the operational side of live music. Making sure that the artists have a comfortable tour while everything is being handled. From routing and budgeting to production coordination and day-to-day logistics.<\/p>\n

Liaison between artist, crew, venues and promoters. Hospitality & Technical rider management, stage plot coordination and production scheduling.<\/p>\n

Day-to-Day Tour Management<\/b><\/h4>\n

On-the-ground logistics, problem solving, crew coordination and ensuring a smooth production from load-in to load-out, either on tour or remotely.<\/p>\n
